Applications
The e8-i52 dot peen marking machine is extremely compact. It is designed to be easily integrated in industrial environment (it has 3 mounting surfaces to ease integration). You will quickly and easily be able to mark parts of various shapes, surface conditions and materials.
Its robust design (patent pending) is protected with rubber bellows (Oil projections, dust…). It is very fast and can mark all type of materials: plastics to 62 Hrc heat treated steels.
The electromagnetic stylus technology allows to permanently mark parts of various shapes and surface conditions (flat, concave, convex, circular, “as cast” or machined…) and requires only one standard single phase power supply (no air).
In some cases, marking on the circumference of revolution parts is possible without rotary axis (please contact SIC Marking).
