Components come in many shapes and sizes. Because of this the marking location on these components can sometimes be difficult to reach. Therefore, we manufacture a wide range of standard heads to suit most applications. If needed, we can make a bespoke head to meet a specific requirement.
From hand held cartridge markers, to saddle markers for automatic marking round a diameter, we can provide a solution to the most difficult marking application.

The HM range are simple hand held marking heads mainly used with stencil paper, or where the stencil does not have to be fixed to the marking head.
The slim handle makes it easy and comfortable to use for marking onto most surfaces. The electrolyte grid pad assemblies are also quick and simple to change.

These marking heads are available in four sizes, and can be fitted with 'deep etch bridge' assemblies, for deep etching requirements.

The SMV (Saddle Marker - Variable), has been developed for marking onto curved surfaces with our marking jigs. The Stencil is supported between two sprung wings. As the SMV is lowered onto the component, the Stencil wraps around the surface. The Electrolyte is fed onto the grid pad via a drip feed nozzle mounted on the body of the SMV.

The CM series of marking heads are mainly used for hand applied applications utilising the electrolyte reservoir assembly as a handle. This allows for long batch marking of components, as the felt pad can be replenished with fresh electrolyte simply by squeezing the reservoir bottle. The stencil can be fixed directly to the marking head via a clamping ring if required.

UMS carbon heads can be purchased as one of our standard sizes, or can be made to order to any size or shape. The heads can be attached on to the reservoir assembly of our CMD marking heads, or directly onto the ME3000P.
The stencil attaches directly onto the head, and the stencils are custom made to fit onto any head shape.
