Thermal Stencil Technology

The "Print on Demand" (POD) stencils allow companies to produce their own stencils when they need them instantly.

Features

	Available in 112mm and 226mm width on a 50m roll
	The stencil template can be rotated in portrait or landscape
	The POD stencil paper is extremely durable so is suitable for both oxide marking as well as etch marking
	Deep etch marks on stainless steel to a depth of 0.010" can easily be achieved

Thermal Printer

	Supplied with a media cover to keep dust off the stencil paper and a cutter module to cut the printed stencil
	Low maintenance
	Simple paper feed and media loading
	High speed data processing
	Everything you need for instant start up is in the box (including media, drivers, cables, software)
	Print speed up to 4" per second
	Small footprint machine with rugged ABS plastic casing
	Can be used for both thermal stencils and indent thermal label printing using PODS software and if required with E2DM database application software
