Brand New ME3000 Range of Marking Kits Offer Unique Benefits over Other Marking Systems
UMS have updated electrochemical marking technology significantly and their latest range of systems offer a low cost alternative to other forms of marking whilst offering exceptional marking quality, functionality and versatility.
As the latest addition to its range of marking systems, UMS’s ME3000T has a number of new features that benefit end-users starting with a USB port which has replaced the RS232 from the ME2000 range which allows the user to edit all programs (15 programs supplied) via their PC which makes editing very quick and easy. All programs can be stored on the PC for backup and bulk downloading. USB is also used in conjunction with UMS’s E2DM Dynamic Database program widely used in a number industries including Aerospace and Automotive for advanced programming for Data Matrix applications meeting ISO16022, ATAspec 2000 and Mil130M standards.. New security features have also been added allowing more administrator control on program settings minimising the possibility of operator error.
A brand new tower design for the marking unit gives a much improved view of the LCD display and the marking unit also has a smaller footprint. Users can now choose their own kit contents including marking heads, electrolytes and stencils which make it a truly modular system. This means the kits can be customised for individual marking applications or industries at no extra cost.
The kit box has been redesigned allowing more space for storage and it is easier to use and access the consumable items. The kit box version supplies everything needed to get started marking which is all contained in one place at the workstation.
