With over 55 years' experience designing, manufacturing and supplying industrial marking systems across the globe, UMS have extensive knowledge of traceability requirements across a vast range of marking applications and industries. We have the experience to ensure you get the right system to meet your exact requirement.
We offer a 12 month back to base guarantee on all machines. Loan units available to warranty customers (subject to availability), we also offer rental units to customers out of warranty to prevent any loss of production time. Extended warranty options are available to cover parts and labour.
Regular maintenance is recommended to ensure your equipment continues to run smoothly throughout it’s life. It’s a proven way of keeping your costs down. Our contracts are designed to be flexible to meet your needs. Please contact our customer service team for more information.
On Site Evaluation
We offer a full on-site marking evaluation along with a detailed proposal to ensure we provide you with the best marking technology for your application. At UMS we have a thorough knowledge of the latest industry marking standards which enable us to provide knowledgeable advice, ensuring the marking system not only meets the correct standards but is also configured accordingly.
Installation and Training
We offer onsite installation and training if required, however, we are also able to offer training at our offices in Hampshire if it is better suited for you.
