ME3000P Semi-Automatic Jig
The ME3000P is a compact semi-automatic jig for marking small to medium sized components using either the ME3000T or ME3000S Marking unit. This marking solution is fast with precise, repeatable results. It can be used for marking a wide range of components with either a permanent black oxide mark or a below surface etch mark. It features a timer to enable consistent marks on each component. It is ideally suited to be used with our photographic stencils to mark a batch of the same data or logos.

- Ideal for marking flat and curved components
- Long life stencil caps fit to the carbon head so no manual placing necessary. These are quick to change and can be made with different data sets to suit the application
- Flexible saddle marker fixture is ideal for fast marking of cylindrical parts
- 125ml bottle holder fitted to the top of the column for automatic electrolyte dosing with sensor to show electrolyte levels
- Large T slot base with stainless steel top plates for mounting fixtures
- Air filter regulator with gauge fitted as standard
- Can be used with the ME3000T or ME3000S
- Stepper motor electrolyte pump for precise control of electrolyte dosage during marking
- Prime/Auto switch for pump control
- Auto/Manual marking - in manual mode for hand marking using the ME3000S or ME3000T without the ME3000P operating
- LED indicators to show the marking cycle, pump cycle and electrolyte level
