Solution:

The Multi4 Hand Held 120 dot peen marking machine was used in conjuntion with a magnetic clamping system to provide traceability of valves manufactured for the oil industry. Clamping systems maintain the machines by themselves including horizontally and can be adapted to several diameters.

The valves are painted after they are marked with thickness varying from 0.1 to 0.3 mm.
